1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Denmark.
If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us at Zouvenirs.dk@gmail.com to check availability and shipping costs.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Denmark: 1–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or high shipping volumes.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

6. Delivery Issues

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

8. Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected from a parcel shop or delivery point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer the cost of return shipping and re-delivery.
